We will provide you with a life jacket, we have different sizes and you can choose the one you feel most comfortable in. It must be worn at all times as it is compulsory. Please note that according to current regulations, each lifejacket must have a minimum weight of 50 Newtons. Each jet ski includes 2 waistcoats.
The jet skis are insured with a policy that includes a civil liability of more than 300.000€, a legal protection and an occupants insurance (up to 3 persons). They are boats registered on the 6th list with a deposit of 1.500€ in case they are rented with an accredited license.
All our jet skis for rent are monitored and the system allows us to brake them to avoid a collision under a highly qualified algorithm. Safety is the most important thing for us and that is why we have one of the most advanced GPS systems in the world. Thanks to this, the speed is considerably reduced when approaching another jet ski.
For all rentals with license and without instructor, a deposit of 1.500€ is required. This is paid by credit card, by means of a pre-authorization. Once the rental has been completed, we will check its condition and the fuel tank, and then proceed to unblock the card.
All jet skis are delivered with a 100% full tank of fuel and must be returned full. The petrol station is open non-stop from 9am to 9pm. In case you do not have time or do not want to refuel, do not worry, we give the option of refuelling service with an extra fee of 20€.
To be able to drive a jet ski in Spanish territory, a nautical license is required. The minimum qualification is the "licencia de navegación" which allows you to drive a boat up to 6m without going 2 miles from the coast. If you do not have a license, we offer you the option of an excursion guided by a monitor.
The fuel tanks have a capacity of between 60 and 70 liters, depending on the model and its power. At an average speed of about 25 knots, you will be able to sail between 4 and 6 hours, while at maximum power, the autonomy would be a little more than 2 hours. We recommend, without doubt, a moderate speed to make the most of the experience.
Both the south of Ibiza and the north of Formentera are part of the Parc Natural de Ses Salines and jet skiing is not allowed. The fines are considerable.
